My story is one of resilience, faith, and learning to find beauty in both the hard and the hopeful. After walking through a breast cancer diagnosis, living daily with fibromyalgia, and juggling the demands of family, career, and life’s ongoing transitions, I’ve come to believe this: healing doesn’t just happen in hospitals—it happens in homes, in hearts, and in how we choose to show up every day.

By day, I serve as the HR Director and Foundation Director for my hometown’s rural hospital, where I’m honored to support both staff and community. But beyond that role, my heart beats for something deeper—helping women build lives rooted in purpose, wellness, and becoming who they were created to be.

Rooted in Grace is my space for faith-fueled encouragement, legacy-building, and self-care that goes deeper than a bubble bath.
Gracefully Gathered is my creative outlet, where I share handmade treasures, heirloom finds, and stories that connect generations.
